I'm totally new to this stuff - where should I start?

Honestly? Functional Warrior classes or grab a few personal training sessions first. You'll learn the basics without feeling lost, and our coaches are really good at meeting you where you're at.

Can I pause my membership if I'm traveling?

Yeah, we get it - life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year. Just give us a week's heads up.

What equipment do I need?

We've got everything here - barbells, kettlebells, all of it. Just bring yourself, water bottle, and shoes with flat soles (running shoes aren't great for lifting). Some folks like their own wrist wraps or belt but it's not required.
